Can't leave zero. We waited two weeks for a report that only stated the obvious issues from the building inspector. I repeatedly asked for solutions how to salvage the existing structure. Could trusses be used? None of our questions were answered nor considered. No thought was put into any solutions. ....instead their recommendation was to tear it down and do a rebuild. I have known Tony for several years now. I was supper excited for him when he opened Summit Engineering. Many people joke about engineers not having the best social skills... One reason I strongly suggest you talk to the summit team is because they are easy to talk to. It is important to have someone who can bridge the engineering world to the client. ~Brendan
