This is such an unprofessional business. We moved into our apartment on July 1st of 2019 and were promised all new windows and a sliding glass door because the bedroom window had no screen and was broken (either side could slide open) the sliding glass door was rotting off of the track. It sat in storage all summer and fall almost until our lease is up finally now they want to put them in.
