I worked with Elliot and his team to buy a few rental properties I own that were not in the best condition. Elliot was able to buy both of them at the same time and with the tenants as well. The team as summit development went above and beyond for my clients! This was my clients first bigger home so there was a lot of worry and stress to get into a home that really fit their needs. From the inspection to even after closing they took care of them and were very collaborative with me as an agent throughout the whole transaction.
