I am a next door neighbor to one of their builds right now, I just want to say how horrible of a builder they are to current residents. It has been a complete nightmare since they started, blocking access to our house and driveways, unbelievably rude workers telling us, "do you have to leave now", told to F off when I asked one to move. This place is AMAZING! Everything looks great and is exactly as I imagined. The little extras is what really makes me love this place. Everything was super easy and extremely fast. I felt like this project just started and now it’s completed before I even realized it. I will definitely be using Summit in my future projects.
