I was a regular at the Dundee location for years. Once I moved, I tried the Blondo location for convenience. Made an appointment over a month out. Confirmed appointment time multiple times. The day before, I got a text asking to confirm a much later time than I had confirmed already. No one called or explained anything. Just a text for a later time. Staff may be nice and all 'smiles' but they don't know what the hell they are doing. 6-months without teeth waiting for dentures mainly because they did not get good impressions. The kicker is I was to get them today!! BUT they lost the shipment from the lab. So I will wait another 3 weeks to smile😥

Never will my family or I step foot into a place that discriminates! And also if you don't have any problems with your teeth and gums, you will be told you do by the time you walk out of their office! I guess they have to find a way to pay for all their high tech equipment...smh
