Poor customer service and interaction with insurance coverage incorrect reporting. Changed cleaning procedure to now force me to pay out of pocket when my insurance at least covered 2 cleanings per year at 100%. No warning on cost impact.
Our family has been going to Summit Dental for over eight years. They are an extraordinary group of people. The ladies at the front desk have already been friendly and exceptionally helpful. The hygienists are kind and thorough. And the doctors are excellent. When one of our kids had an emergency they went over and above to take care of us. Highly recommend!

Would NOT recommend. They overcharge for services saying it’s an “estimate” of your insurance payments then give the runaround when you question a refund due to what your insurance actually paid for. Our insurance changed and I could not be happier to leave!
