My family has been going here for 10+ years, but not anymore. The lady at the front desk is the rudest. My plan documents state preventive cleanings are covered 100%, but I didn’t know you could hit a max out of pocket & they would no longer be covered. They let me schedule & come in to tell me that & scolded me for not knowing my benefits. This is the second time she has been blatantly rude & management needs to speak with her.
My former dentist closed his practice. He was incredible, and the last thing I wanted to do was find another dentist. I checked Dr. Young‘s reviews -and called and got in. She did not disappoint! Her staff is professional, kind and friendly and Dr. Young was amazing. I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking dental care.
Everything i go there the entire staff is friendly. And when I do need dental work. They make sure it's painless. Unlike my family dentist growing up they always had a hard time numbing me.which always makes me nervous going to the dentist. Here. One and done. Awesome experience every time. I recommend Dr Lauren Young. Down to earth, funny and considerate.
I had a question about the cost of a procedure. I had a similar procedure in January and asked why it was double now. The billing person came in and was rude and disrespectful. I tried to ask my question and she told me to let her finish speaking and that I needed to hear her. I was seated and she stood in my way when I tried to get up and I just leave due to her hostile tone and I was feeling threatened. I'm never in the waiting room longer than 5 minutes. When I got my crowns, they weren't happy with the color match of one of those, sent it back to be remade at no additional cost.
