Very friendly staff. They go out of their way to make you comfortable.
I have been here about 3 times. I had a root canal and crown on a back molar. I was in the chair for almost 5 hours. I have a really small mouth, and the way it was propped open for so long was causing me pain, and I was having a hard time breathing because of everything in my mouth. They had to readjust my head and mouth multiple times, but continued the work. I’m not originally from the Ennis area but I took my boyfriend to this dentist as an emergency, as we are filling out paperwork we are reading the fine print and this dentist doesn’t accept an insurance and the fine print says that they dont have to send anything to your insurance if they don’t want to! This is the biggest hustle or scam I’ve ever seen! When we went to leave the front desk wouldn’t allow us to take the paper work with personal information on it!
