Everyone was friendly. Hygenist was gentle as was the dentist. I went in for a cleaning and bite wing xrays. Other new dentists I've tried seemed very eager to find problems to address such as numerous cavities. Being a person generally not inclined to have many cavities, I was put off by those dentists. Dr. Council seems to take a practical and measured approach and I greatly appreciate that.

I realized at the last moment that my dental coverage would cover a cleaning in Dec. Charlie was able to call me as soon as someone else had to change their appointment and I was able to get that cleaning in Dec. Thanks Charlie for fitting me in. And if I am on time for my appointment, they are on time getting it done.

My daughter is11 and had to have a couple baby teeth extracted due to lack of progression and adult teeth sitting on top of them. Dr. Council and his staff were very kind, joked with her and did what they could to ease her fears. This is always somewhat scary for a child. They made this a not so bad experience. Granted she may not have wanted to get her teeth pulled, who does, but they made sure to make it not scary, explain everything, and make her comfortable through the whole process. They are great!!!
