We were promised product to arrive on a certain day. We prepared the house and scheduled the contractor. The morning of delivery, we found out that the product was not ordered, and will be a few days out. So, here we sit not being able to use that portion of the house, and now the contractor has to rearrange his work as well. We will never use this company again
