Krista was very helpful from the apartment searching process to move in. She answered my questions promptly and helped with any issues that arose.
Unfortunately my service requests have been ignored for 3 weeks straight, I have not had access to my washing machine for this time period and I am now running out of clothes, this is affecting my work and personal life - this review will remain until my washing machine is replaced.
Robert, Harry, Connie and Jennifer are honestly the best to work with. Robert is quick to answer maintenance calls and he enters your home with respect and kindness! I do like this complex only because of the office and maintenance staff. I just wish the rest of the residence would take care of it because it’s a home for everyone and not a low income housing with car seats sitting on the front porch, bikes blocking sidewalks and stored in bushes.
