Robert, Harry, Connie and Jennifer are honestly the best to work with. Robert is quick to answer maintenance calls and he enters your home with respect and kindness! I do like this complex only because of the office and maintenance staff. I just wish the rest of the residence would take care of it because it’s a home for everyone and not a low income housing with car seats sitting on the front porch, bikes blocking sidewalks and stored in bushes. This review is an accurate an honest depiction of what it is like behind the curtains of the nightmarish community known as Summits Crossing. I was in unit 4507. The nightmare behind this place is the staff running it. They tack on hidden fees to your bill, take forever with maintenance requests, and have said some very vulgar things regarding people living in the community.
