I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of trying to get this resolved, I feel it’s important to share my experience. Since April 25, I’ve repeatedly reported that the guest gate does not work for my apartment. When visitors select my name, my phone never rings—the call goes straight to voicemail, making it impossible for me to grant guest access. They do not let your kids play, walk, or ride a bike or scooter outside without parental supervision. My kids can do nothing.
Krista was very helpful from the apartment searching process to move in. She answered my questions promptly and helped with any issues that arose.
Unfortunately my service requests have been ignored for 3 weeks straight, I have not had access to my washing machine for this time period and I am now running out of clothes, this is affecting my work and personal life - this review will remain until my washing machine is replaced.
