Unfair Business Practices They came to me after the hail storm in Firestone Park and assured me that they were a local company. I contracted with them to do the job and we discussed what would be done at great length. They now claim they never agreed to what they did agree to and have not finished the job. What Happend To Working For The Customer The Summit County Roofing Co contractor told us if we wanted our house and garage done it was going to cost us $3000.00 out of pocket in addition to the large insurance check. A week later the contractor showed up to my house telling me the insurance adjuster was going to allow more money and wanted me to sign a new contract so I did. Bottom line, I feel I am being taken advantage of. They have $25,000.00 to do the job and they still want out of pocket money.
