I think they need to explain things better on a purchase of a home. My husband and I inquired about a house in 2019 right before Covid. Everything got shut down and we couldn’t do to much of anything, then we had a tragic situation in our family and had to deal with 2 deaths, then I got laid off. We did quite a bit to the house to try to fill the list they gave us to do to the house.
