I went to Wajeeha Sheikh twice and paid $235 per session. She didn’t really help me with anything, she actually made me feel worse by asking heavy questions with no guidance or feedback, just sitting there watching me struggle to talk about things. I left both sessions feeling emotionally drained. She even told me to think about some of my traumas until the next session to talk about them, which made me stuck in those thoughts for days and really upset. It was a waste of money and time for me.
Carley is wonderful and has made such a difference in my life. Her approach is so compassionate yet practical, I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Carley for being such an anchor to me these last few months, I leave every session feeling grounded yet somehow lighter.
I really love the individualized approach Summit offers. They take the time to look at each client and work together to see what treatment works the best!
