The psychological testing given was not comprehensive enough to have a full picture of historical and present mental status. The diagnoses provided did not line up with diagnoses that were given by a different therapist after many sessions together. The diagnoses “ruled out” included a diagnosis that was given by the other therapist. There was more confusion after the testing, rather than clarity. Time, energy, and money felt wasted. Edit: This is not my legal name, as I would like to protect my identity.
Shelly Steoger has been a wonderful support for our family. She’s worked with multiple members of our family, and we’ve all felt genuinely understood and cared for. She creates a calm, safe space, and her guidance and care has made a real difference in our lives. I’m so grateful for her and can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve had a really great experience here. Dr. Alberto had been balanced, fair, and helped me work through some tough issues. I’ve worked with a few other therapists and he’s hands down been the best! Totally worth checking out.
