My apartment building was on the news about not being up to code. I have been dealing with roaches, mold, holes in my walls, fire hazards under the heat vent in the kitchen, the dumpster over flowing with trash, and a lake in the parking lot when it rains.
I had an appointment to view one of their properties nobody showed up, total waste of time!
Although it was a frustrating start, having to wait so long for replies and ultimately having to wait over a month to move in, we are pretty happy so far. The house fits our needs and offers more storage space and even a privacy fenced backyard. There have been a few maintenance requirements that they have been good about fixing. We needed a new toilet so they replaced ours with a brand new one and the A/C wasn't working and they just fixed that. I made the A/C request this morning. I havent actually rented a home from them yet. They told me it would be 3-5 business days for them to let you know if you were approved and its been over 7 for me now. Ive been calling and calling for days but they cant tell me anything and have given me the run around. They have told me they havent decided which people to accept yet for the rental property to live in yet theyve told me my application has been approved and they cant tell me what the hold up is and why I cant put my holding fee down for the home. I did a application for a place and I call to check up on my app. And Patrick tell me that the place was rented but I still see it available after 2 weeks so I guess they running scam on people for there money glad I never move out of my place cause the reviews about this company is terrible so I guess you all save me from renting from them ,me and my husband thought something was wrong cause last year this same house we saw it I like it he didn't so this year came it came up for rent so we tried going for it and we see what... read more
