The two employees at this location are horrible. I went to have a rapid COVID test done and the employee did not want to wear a mask. When I asked her to wear a mask she got upset and started mocking me and rolling her eyes and said "I'm a medical assistant with a whole career" I didnt understand what the point of that comment was. When I asked her to please stop being rude she asked her coworker to swab me or I could go somewhere else!! Just horrible. Great team doing a high stress important job. Thanks for being here for us.
Fast results on same day and I was in and out since there was Noone there. BUT there are two workers there who are unprofessional...ones white and other is black. I walked in there and they both looked at me and then down. Like uh hello?? You work here remember? So then I walked up to one and she goes "she'll take you"..okay?? Then why didn't any of you say anything? They both were just on their phones. This occurred twice to me with same workers and also a friend. Your job is one of the easiest job, cheer up.
Two very rude and unprofessional staff at this location. No "hello". Just what's your birthdate and I need your ID and insurance card. The lady who swabbed my nose barely was touching the sides of my nostrils. I even questioned whether she was getting enough sample. I am aware you don't need to go in as far as they used to but this has me wondering if it was worth my time. My cards were placed on the counter. No " goodby". No "we're done".
