I visited in May of 2022. I payed the co-pay everytime. Still to this day 2/21/23 I still receive bills. I called today and they said it was a co- pay for May 20th 2022. They said the Doctors get a Co-pay and so does just walking in the building. They double dip with what They charge patients. It is a Neverending pay cycle with these people.
I have a great doctor. My family and I have been coming to this clinic since we transferred here from Fort Hood back in 2000. My husband was active duty in the military at the time and we picked this clinic out of others we looked at in the Nashville area and it was a great choice. They have their off days like most clinics, someone has a bad day or a number of other things, but all in all they are a good clinic and plenty of physicians to pick from and a walk in clinic on the first floor, plus their own lab for limited test... read more
A word of warning, they charge a 6% fee for using a credit card as payment. The fee is in addition to your deductable/copay and they accept no other form of payment.
