Whether you are choosing a home to lease or to own it can be a difficult process. However, Summit City Investments is so professional, yet easy to work with, that my process from moving from a 3000 square-foot home to one of their properties was seamless. My children and I could not have asked for a better opportunity and feel blessed to have come across the company. If you are serious about leasing to own, you could not ask for anything better. Absolutely a five star company.
