it's a great place to workout! I'm loving the new CrossFit area. they are making strides to update and coming along great. the free weight room is one of the best around, both old school and new. my wife and daughter love the weight machines and the wide selection of cardio equipment. two big thumbs up for us!!

I’ve been going here for hmm I’d say 2 1/2 years and not once have I ever had a problem. They have worked with me on payments and everything this is hands down one of the greatest gyms in Fort Wayne
