We loved working with Jess and her team at Summit Catering! We had an incredible experience and Jess Dunlap was absolutely amazing to work with! Summit catered our wedding last week and they were phenomenal! We ordered the bacon wrapped dates, peach caprese skewers and Swedish meatballs for apps. Then we had brisket (with their bbq sauce), pulled pork, chile Mac, jalapeño cornbread, and Texas green beans.. all in all, it was even better than the tasting we had several months prior which was an impressive to feat!
