Summit catering did an incredible job for our wedding at Hillside Gardens. Jess was so easy to work with and the catering team was on it the entire night. We did the backyard barbecue menu and people were raving about the food! We couldn't be more happy with Summit and I'd highly recommend them. (Unfortunately I don't have photos yet but I'll try to remember to upload them once I do!)
I do not have enough positive things to say about Jess and her team! From our first interaction, she was friendly and provided a customized menu option. Loved the food at our trial, and loved it even more on our wedding day! We got a taco-bar buffet style dinner and appetizers. Make sure to ask for the CORN DIP!!!! I have worked with Jess & Summit Catering in several capacities, most recently as a coordinator for two weddings. The catering team and bartenders have always been great, and the food delicious. If you are looking for a full-service catering team at a competitive price point around the Springs, definitely give them a shot!

Worked with Jess and the Summit catering team for our wedding recently. I have no complaints, Jess was so good at responding to our emails and answering all the questions! She was really good at giving us what we wanted in the budget we had! I had heard from few people that our cake came from the baker a little messed up and that Jess stepped in and fixed it! I noticed nothing! Of course the food was delicious and with enough for leftovers for days! Highly recommend using them for anyone’s wedding!
