We had an amazing experience working with Jess and Summit Catering for our wedding at Hillside Gardens in May 2026. Jess went above and beyond from our first interaction with her - from hosting a great initial menu tasting, to working with us on a customized menu that highlighted local, Colorado and Southwest flavors, to delivering a meal beyond our expectations on the wedding day! Jess was absolutely amazing and on top of everything. The average email response time was typically less than a few hours and my questions were always answered. Lots of fantastic food options and the options to rent other needed equipment for any event through them! I would absolutely recommend working with Summit Catering.
From the first email to the final big day, they were delightful to work with, super helpful, and totally on top of their game. I wish I had the option to give more than five stars. My wedding guests are still talking about how amazing the food was!
Summit catering did an incredible job for our wedding at Hillside Gardens. Jess was so easy to work with and the catering team was on it the entire night. We did the backyard barbecue menu and people were raving about the food! We couldn't be more happy with Summit and I'd highly recommend them. (Unfortunately I don't have photos yet but I'll try to remember to upload them once I do!)
