This has to be one of the worst customer service companies I have dealt with. As a contractor I realize customer service and how you handle clients is extremely important . The sale reps are absolutely no help . Miquel and Angela seem to hate their jobs . Even walking into the office you don’t get a good morning good afternoon , nothing I was actually told “what do You need “!! Needless to say I will never buy from them again . Unreal how we handle people nowadays

730-430 are not accurate hours. They close the entire showroom down for lunch. The day I showed up at 12:45, I was told they would not reopen until 2 pm. They also say to go down to the brick yard, but the brick yard just sends you back to the showroom unless you know exactly what you need. The hours should be updated to reflect the actual hours of operation.
