Steve was super helpful on a recent trip to Bozeman area. I was supposed to get my new Lynx bindings before my trip, but they weren’t going to make it in time, so 22 Designs shipped them to his shop. They didn’t make it there in time either, so he saved my BC experience to Bell Lake Yurt by installing some Outlaw bindings to get me through. He did that for me after hours. Once I got out of the woods, he again squeezed me in to install the Lynx bindings, which rip by the way. Thanks a ton Steve!
Outstanding customer service. Came up from Billings looking for a fat bike. These guys had a bike that fit what I was after and weren't pushy about making a sale. Originally dealt with them 18 years ago and customer service is as good now as it was then.🙂
