Asked nicely if I could borrow a 15 to tighten my rear they said no in a very rude way they tried charging me 10$ for something that takes 10 seconds to do.... had to walk 4 miles home do not recommend this bike shop there total dicks
Putting brake pad, chain and handlebar tape for 5 days? if i did'nt come and ask for my bikes status it would not be done. Only to find out its been sitting at the back with all these new brakepad, chain,handlebar tape clipped on the bike ready for installation and they ask me to wait 30 minutes more to get it installed.
