This bank has the best personal service. All the employees are amazing. I'm so happy not to bank with those impersonal institutions. If you are looking for honest, convenient, personal banking, Summit is the bank for you.
They won’t break a $50 bill for you if you don’t bank there, not even for a fee. Needlessly rude and unhelpful.
Couldn't get past the account opening stage with the same documentation that I used to open accounts with Chase, Patelco, Wells Fargo, USBank, City National.
