Aweful! brought my car in to have sunroof drains cleared and left with a 2-3 ft crack across my windshield...hmmm....wonder if they should maybe not put their knees on the roof/windshield line...cause it can break! well, too much of a coincidence. Of course, Mark didnt own up to it. He's rude and treats loyalty like toilet paper. Go somewhere else and be treated respectfully. this guy acts like he is god's gift to mechanics and no wonder...he'll throw your loyalty under the bus in a heartbeat.
