A business with no integrity nor honor. A money back guarantee is worthless if you do not honor it no matter the circumstances. All because a fragile ego was involved you decided to fail your obligation to your customer. Thus failing the community and yourselves.
i have never been more dissatisfied with a certain quality of work before in my life. This is the lowest for of customer satisfaction available. they will basically rob you blind and make it seem like the damages they caused to vehicles were not their fault and they will not even fix the shobby job they did on your glass repair. instead you will be greeted with "im not liable for any damages, you left a bad review so im not paying" ridiculous
