Kaleb worked with us to get a vehicle for my wife who’s has ALS
I purchased a used minivan from these folks and they are top-notch. Not only did they have the car totally gone through by the local Chrysler dealership, but when I called to see if they had done an oil change on it while it was in their possession, they said they had not but Insisted on paying for the oil change. So they reimbursed me in full. That is not something that you see nowadays. What great customer service! I highly recommend these folks.
I would like to give 5 stars to Isaac at Summit Auto& cycle for his top notch Professional Customer service with selling me my 2013 Buick enclave , it has been been well over a month and I absolutely love my car with no problems ! The assistance I received while shopping for a mobility van was excellent. This was my first attempt at purchasing a van for my daughter. My wife and I relied on group home staff to provide transportation but with staffing concerns and limited options we decided to purchase our own. Kaleb was excellent to work with. He was informative, considerate and gave me as much time as I needed to make a decision.
