Every member of staff was very patient and kind towards me. I was having a really difficult panic attack prior to surgery, and everyone was so loving and reassuring. I've had some poor experiences with other surgical centers and hospitals, but everyone here was so empathetic and ultimately turned what felt like a very horrifying experience into one that I was able to appropriately cope through and handle. Cannot thank them enough! ♥
I really can't say enough about this place. I was SO scared and every single person in the surgery center was so nice. Shout out to Kristin for being so sweet and being EXCELLENT at putting in my IV, hardly hurt at all! My belongings were taken care of, my fears were assuaged, and I never felt ignored or rushed. A few tips: 1. Take off all your jewelry and leave it at home lol! I forgot to and it was a struggle 2. Amazing and seamless experience when we took our 5yo son in for tonsil/adenoid/turbinate reduction. Dr. Blanco, the anesthesiologist and all the nurses and staff were extremely sweet, kind and informative. The peace of mind they gave us was priceless. Would highly recommend.
The entire staff was kind and considerate. Everything was explained fully and I knew I was in good hands. My procedure was handled by a team that was highly professional and who worked together to provide the best care possible. Thank you all.
Oh my goodness this is the best surgery center in all of New Jersey. Dr. Gabre removed my gallbladder yesterday and his entire staff was amazing. They really made me feel like I was the only patient there, answered all my questions and consistently checked up on me. Especially with COVID-19 going around, they put so much of an effort into making sure I felt safe and comfortable. I would let Dr. Gabre and this office operate on me any day.
