Beautiful property! I love the views, I can even see the Bay Bridge from my apartment! The staff is really friendly. Susan and Colin were super helpful and I was able to move in immediately! I'm also looking forward to using the new grills, chilling by the fire pit, pool and spa, also meeting the friendly neighbors! X)
Rents are crazy!!!
We live here for almost 12 years. The area is beautiful, the service is OK, depending on who is running the place... But the constend rent increases the last few years are getting too much. Now we have new owners, will rents stabilize, or go up again?
