poorly designed, maintained and managed property... it stays full due to a location on top of a hill. Parking is always a problem. Garbage pickup is 2 days a week in front of each building... everyone piles it out in advance and it stinks... then the animals tear thru the plastic bags and trash is everywhere. Dont waste your time... look elsewhere
