I lived here for 4 years in those 4 years it went through 5 owners. My ceiling in my kitchen came down on me August 7th 2025 and was not fixed when I left the last week of November 2025. The black mold was so intense that me my daughter and our dog had mold poisoning. My dog had begun balding it was so bad. It took us a long time to recover. There was flooding in my unit. Dyana is simply amazing. She is professional and kind and was a pleasure to work with. I'm also glad there's a new maintenance supervisor. I'm no longer concerned about the ongoing maintenance problems in my apartment. He took care of everything in one day. I'm very pleased with the new team.
I just want to shout out Dyanna Greene for being so awesome!! She is very supportive and understanding! Dyanna is a true blessing she will go over and beyond to help! This is my 2nd encounter with her and I have never had any problems! We are family now!! Thank you Dyanna for all your hard work!!!
