This place has caused me so much mental stress. Looking at the previous comments, I have experience similar things when I first moved in. I could not shower for a whole month. It’s a lot of miscommunication , unprofessionalism , False information, incorrect billing, and I no longer feel comfortable living here due to how things have been handled.
I live here and have lived here for 2+ years now. We have been bought out more times than I count by company after company. For the last 9 months now I have had mold in my bathroom. Maintenance supervisor told me it wasn’t mold 9 months ago and it has only grown worse. 4/30/2026 I showed the LEASING OFFICE these pictures and Informed them it is affecting mine and my pets health. The pictures online are nothing how the apartments look now. Online it looks luxurious but the pool area is ran down and every resident we’ve spoken with says we are paying for a pool that couldn’t even open last year. The laundry facilities are disgusting so I have to go somewhere else to do laundry. The inside is NOT hardwood flooring it’s all carpet. The unit was not cleaned when I moved in, it was disgusting I cleaned it myself. The shower paint peels off everywhere. The floors are uneven, the ceilings have spots that ar... read more
Highly recommend using everything at your own risk here! Half the stuff doesn’t even work! And the best part it never gets fixed :)!
