Gone form okay to worst complex in the area in 3 months. I have been living at The Summit at 7700 (formally known as Airport Gardens) for more than 10 years and it has gone from the best of the worst complexes in the area to the worst in the area. In February we were without hot water for 9 days, March the garbage was allowed to pile up at the dumpsters for 2 weeks, and for the last 4 weeks and ongoing the grass & grounds have not been cared for until it is now shin high, we are in the springtime when snakes, rats, ticks and... read more
