These are very large and nice. I was shocked. A friend moved here and it was definitely an upgrade, even from a high end south Tulsa complex!
The Summit of Jenks Apartments is an outstanding community and a wonderful place to live! The Property Manager, Olivia, is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ensures everything is handled the right way. Zach from maintenance is reliable, respectful, and quick to respond, especially when it comes to 24-hour emergency needs. Pest control visits twice a month, and I’ve never had any issues with bugs or rodents in my unit. The pricing is very reasonable for such a fantastic location and school district. We have had such a great experience with this complex for 7 years now. A nice community of people, quiet and safe. Close to the new outlet mall, Jenks Riverwalk, Tulsa Hills and Jenks schools. The staff is awesome. I hope we’re here for another 7 years. Great staff from office, maintenance to owner. Thank you, Jeff and Joy
