I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident involving one of your employees, which occurred on 9/23 2:30 pm at the barebones work wear, parking lot. During my lunch , while seated in my vehicle, a Summit AirWorks employee, Cody O, parked beside me and the his coworker that he was over seeing, opened their car door striking my rear fender. The crew that came to my office to add ducts and to fix the rest of the ducts did an amazing job. Not only was their work quality but the professionalism of the technicians was outstanding. They were on time, polite, well mannered, respectful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company.
