I contacted a local air duct cleaning service to clean the AC vents and ductwork in my condo. Their first visit was to inspect the system and give me an estimate, the second visit handled most of the duct cleaning and mold treatment, and the third visit took care of a bathroom vent that had come loose behind the wall.
