I had a horrible experience with this facility. I scheduled an annual wellness visit back in April (because my insurance covers 1 free one per year). The doctor mis-coded my visit after I scheduled this with Cleveland Clinic Scheduling for and Annual Wellness Visit. I’ve seen three doctors here and all have been amazing, only reason for seeing multiple is if you can’t get in with one doctor, they will ask if you want to see another provider sooner. Everyone from the the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors are so amazing. My doctor, Dr. Justin Mastrucci is so awesome, he actually listens to you and is so insightful on any subject related to medical and even med management. I love it there. Everybody is so friendly. I see Dr. Stephen Oyakawa and my husband sees Juanita Woo and my son sees Lindsay Foraidis i’ve been going to the longest seeing Dr. Owen. He’s amazing but he is no longer taking patients cause he has so many my husband just started seeing Dr. Wu and he really likes her and she is very thorough and great and Lindsay has always been amazing.
