They drag out claims as long as humanly possible and the adjusters are never available and do not respond to correspondence even from attorneys. They reached out to my attorney 3 weeks ago to see if I would settle my claim. My attorney responded the same day and has subsequently tried to contact the adjuster 2 additional times. She (April) is never available and does not respond. This was the whole reason I had to hire counsel because I NEVER heard from here when I didn’t have anyone representing me.
The adjusters are horrible, they could care less about the injured, they dont pay on time , talk to you as you are nobody. The managers stay hidden and wont make the adjusters do their jobs. They need more adjusters period.. sorry for anyone who has to deal with such a company.
Your building mars the once elegant beauty of Downtown Lakeland. It is an eyesore.
