Great place to live! Management is easy to work with and very understanding. All my concerns with property managment were addressed promptly and with care. The maintaince man (KEN) is super friendly to talk too and is swift when it comes to any issue. Just recently fixed my garbage disposal with no hassle and in a timely manner.
Management is awful, the lady with red hair (Megan I’m pretty sure is her name) is so passive aggressive and unhelpful. Your rent is also gonna increase a ton every lease, so be prepared to pay way more rent than you start with if you live there for longer than one lease. And to top it off the outside garages are infested with roaches, the heater/AC has issues every single year so you either have to deal with an unbearably hot apartment or an unbearably cold apartment for at least a month each summer/winter, and the “renovat... read more
Toured this complex today with Amber! Whole staff was super polite and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency when it came to everything about the apartments. Hoping to move into here soon! Update: I moved into the apartment at the beginning of this month and they’ve been great so far. I feel safe and when I’ve had a complaint or concern, it has been handled right away and professionally.
