Overall, the apartment was beautiful. Great amenities. overall we were impressed with the property. the reason for the rating is feeling like smoke and dagger with the price of rent. When we did the tour, we were really impressed. However, the fact that they can change their pricing daily. We saw it last week for a tour. And we're told one price when we went to go apply last night.It was almost five hundred dollar difference.
Really despicable that they would tow people's cars from their parking spots without any notice just for a cut of the towing fee. Like, I'm already paying you rent, why do you have to squeeze more money? It's greedy, and towing people's cars without any notice disrupts their lives so dramatically. Also the building is infested with cockroaches. So, idk, pretty unhappy with them right now.
This place is horrible and to expensive. I wouldn’t rent here if it was the last place on earth. They try to charge you for problems they create. Just be warned.
The worst place ever! They care nothing about the people that live there. Im telling everyone I know to never look at this place!
