Do not rent here. These people are unprofessional and unhelpful. The laundry has been broken for the past 3 weeks with no ETA on when it will be fixed (email said we'll keep you updated - heard nothing). They sold my parking spot I was in to someone else. My parking pass clearly states the stall number and I have been parking there for over a month. And yet they sold the spot yesterday. I have lived at Glo for several years and have never been as upset with how our community looks and is being managed up until now. I have never dealt with a more incompetent manager than Mariana and I truly do not understand how Greystar or whoever owns Glo has placed someone with such little if not no customer service knowledge or etiquette at all on how to run a property at a place that was once such a blessing to call home. Saddened by how things have been going at Glo. Cockroaches are infesting the area despite cleanliness, haven’t been able to do laundry in my own building for weeks it seems due to app malfunction, pool is pretty gross at times. Paying for amenities I can’t use. :(
