I was seen on December 15, 2023 at Summerwood Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics located at 12661 W Lake Houston Pkwy, Ste. G, Houston, TX 77044 and evaluated for two implants. The insurance verifier advised that since it was late in the day, she would contact my insurance and call me on Monday. I did not receive a call yesterday so I contacted the office to obtain to cost for the services and inquire why I was not contacted.
