I’ve been living here for over a month. Daphne is amazing at what she does. And takes her job seriously, she is attentive and assertive when it comes to the property. Work orders are answered in a very timely matter. Property is clean and quiet. It’s like a whole different world up here. Neighbors are friendly and so are the apartment complex workers .
In my six months living in this complex, I've developed a strong sense of community and belonging. As a parent, I find this to be a comfortable and supportive environment While I've experienced a few minor issues, the management and maintenance team have always addressed them promptly and effectively. If I had to identify a drawback, it would be the thin walls and the proximity to a treatment center. I’ve been living here for almost a month now and I just want to say I have no complaints ! Daphne is a wonderful property manager and really takes pride in her job. Upon move in we came across a few problems and she made sure maintenance got the issues resolved asap! I feel the building is secure as me being a new time mom! So far no complaints other than the walls being a little thin but other than that I been enjoying my new place !
I am absolutely in love with my apt in Summerwood Commons Daphne in the leasing office is the bomb so professional and so easy to talk too I would definitely recommend this apt to anyone in need of housing!!!
Sealed the parking lot but had no parking alternatives arranged for residents. Allowed the company to continue to seal the parking lot even though they arrived LATE and did not finish on time. People will be late for work because they will have to wait for other people to move their cars. CORPORATE is VERY unprofessional for not supporting their employees with the fallout of this situation. Next time do not allow them to use the ENTIRE DAY to do something they were suppose to finish hours ago.
