Daphne is amazing at what she does. And takes her job seriously, she is attentive and assertive when it comes to the property. Work orders are answered in a very timely matter. Property is clean and quiet. It’s like a whole different world up here. Neighbors are friendly and so are the apartment complex workers. I’m so grateful that she give me a chance with this apartment complex that means a lot to me thank you so much Daphne!

My move in experience here was easy & I thank Ms. Daphne for that . Upon moving in there a few minor things still needed to be done but she took it upon herself to make sure that maintenance corrected them . So far I love my new home .
Do not move here!! If you need a maintenance request it won’t happen until THEY feel like it. Winter time 19 degrees doors froze no one ever called me back to open the door or maintenance never opened the door I buzzed every unit to get in. Do not move here!!!
