I’ve been living here for over a month. Daphne is amazing at what she does. And takes her job seriously, she is attentive and assertive when it comes to the property. Work orders are answered in a very timely matter. Property is clean and quiet. It’s like a whole different world up here. Neighbors are friendly and so are the apartment complex workers .
In my six months living in this complex, I've developed a strong sense of community and belonging. As a parent, I find this to be a comfortable and supportive environment While I've experienced a few minor issues, the management and maintenance team have always addressed them promptly and effectively. If I had to identify a drawback, it would be the thin walls and the proximity to a treatment center. I’ve been living here for almost a month now and I just want to say I have no complaints ! Daphne is a wonderful property manager and really takes pride in her job. Upon move in we came across a few problems and she made sure maintenance got the issues resolved asap! I feel the building is secure as me being a new time mom! So far no complaints other than the walls being a little thin but other than that I been enjoying my new place !
It’s been a little over a month since I moved in and I just had to leave a review because since day one I’ve been more than satisfied with my apartment here! Daphne, the property manager, has been wonderful – always so helpful and ready to answer any questions. Maintenance is also fantastic and quick to address the minor issues that have came up! Really glad I chose this place to call home!
I moved in last month, and the whole process, from completing the application to being handed the keys, has been really smooth. This is the first apartment I've ever signed a lease for sight unseen (due to geographic reasons prior to move in), and Daphne, the property manager, was wonderful. She walked/talked me through the unit and community, answered all my questions, and helped me feel knowledgeable and empowered to make a decision that was right for me.
