The complex cool fr you gone have some issues ofc like the locks freezing in the winter time. But that’s not even where the 3 stars came from. It’s management. It’s very clear that the reviews on Daphne are from when the tenant first moved in. I lived here 2 years and she is beyonddddd rude and short with people like she hates her job. I’ve lived here for a year now this place is well maintained and peaceful. Management does a great job managing and cleaning the property. You should live here!!!
My move in experience here was easy & I thank Ms. Daphne for that . Upon moving in there a few minor things still needed to be done but she took it upon herself to make sure that maintenance corrected them . So far I love my new home .
Miss Daphne has been so amazing with communication about any questions or concern. She has a wonderful attitude and spirit she works with you and understands you. She’s very patient with you I honestly thank you Miss.Daphne for welcoming into the community and making my move in smooth 🙏
Daphne is amazing at what she does. And takes her job seriously, she is attentive and assertive when it comes to the property. Work orders are answered in a very timely matter. Property is clean and quiet. It’s like a whole different world up here. Neighbors are friendly and so are the apartment complex workers. I’m so grateful that she give me a chance with this apartment complex that means a lot to me thank you so much Daphne!
