My wife and I lived at Summerwood for over a year in 2023. Once our jobs took us back to Orange County we were trilled to move back in 2025! We have a wonderful time living at Summerwood. The property manager (Laura) is amazing always helping us with anything we needed. Additionally, the maintenance crew was exceptional. Franciso, in particular, was, so friendly and was able to help out anyone's needs in both English and Spanish! Best staff ever!
Best apartments in the area. Friendly, fast-responding staff, clean & modern apartments, amenities, pool, gym,sauna and frequent tenant appreciation events.
I love this place. It is so peaceful living in here. The facility is always clean if there is ever a maintenance issue it is always taken care of a timely manner. The staff is amazing whether I am going to pick up my Mail or going to the gym or just taking a dip in the pool. I am always greeted with a smile and they ask if there’s anything that I need .
