Loud full of traffic night and day. Everyone comes in off the street into the pool. Poor at keeping the grounds clean and still raise rent....
I am a current tenant and I've only been here 4 months. The biggest issue started 5 weeks ago when I saw a single roach. I keep my apartment clean, free of clutter, and I disinfect regularly. This problem has intensified to the point that we cant sleep in our beds comfortably or cook in our home. I have spent a good amount of money$$$ on products (gel bait, boric acid, sprays, bait houses, et.) and have fogged my apartment twice.
