The rent is cheap and maintenance is ok but be prepared to live next to section 8 residents who could care less about common courtesy. You will be constantly hearing loud systems bump at all hours and people outside hollering like they don't have any sense. The aparment itself is half ass fixed after the previous tenant and you'll have mildew in your tub as well as paint covering damaged walls.
