Moved in last week - if you have a dog this is the place for you! Nowhere in St George Utah will take them and moved to Mesquite because of Summerwind. Beautiful dog park and dog friendly. Now for the rest of it:-) The renovated units are great - all new appliances and floors. The 3 bedroom 2 bath is perfect - each room has a walk-in closet and will fit a large queen and dresser. I moved in on 02/03/2014 and they are very much changed they have been working non stop replacing parts and fixing things. I haven't seen any bugs and the staff is very amazing they are very understanding and they work hard. I would say this new management is really trying and do a very good job come and see it for yourself I've appreciated they help they have extended.
I pulled up the carpet in the dining room. there was so much sand under the carpet and pad. and i found mol. plus there is roaches. every where. i have a big gap in the door that they wont fix. mold that they wont take care of now wounder why my mom is sick with her breathing. I do not recommend anybody to to live in these appartments. we have lived here for 7 yrs. they will do nothing to fix it. Im going to take photos of what i disco erded.
