These apartments have led piping (and asbestos so no hanging pictures or mounting TVs) One odd thing about the electrical here is that they have put the modem and TV hookups at the ceiling!?! I cannot even connect to my modem or watch TV!) and you cannot brush your teeth, boil food water (boiling it turns the lead in the water into a solution aka lead pasta) to cook foods like pasta, or wash your dishes in the lead water! This place is awful!! I've lived here for almost 2 years. I am now moving out. First the garbage compactor has been broken for over a year, and they have one big container for the whole complex, that is literally right outside my door. During the summer it smells awful. And we have to deal with flys and ants. There's mold. The office manager is rude. Neighbor are rude. Police are always there!! I had my vehicle towed from its assigned parking stall with zero warning, despite the car being properly registered with the leasing office. I frequently observed Lynn’s Towing doing constant patrols around the complex, which felt less like enforcement and more like predatory behavior toward tenants. What happened to basic due diligence?
