I would not recommend coming here. They cancelled on me twice, and it’s really hard to reach someone to talk to. Additionally, I was told that the doctor couldn’t honor giving me a previously prescribed prescription before my appointment because it’s not for another three months, even though it’s their timeline and their fault that they’re three months out. Absolutely absurd and ridiculous behavior.

It’s always challenging when you have to pick and choose a OB GYN for your first visit being new to the area. Being that this exam is so personal you hope for a great outcome. I will say this was the most comfortable experience I ever had at a OB GYN office. I waited several months to meet Dr. Hardin, and boy, was she worth the wait. I came to this office more than halfway through my pregnancy and it was a huge breath of fresh air compared to the office I switched from. Dr Futterman is such a friendly and caring OB. He and all the office staff were SO sweet and accommodating when I had to bring my 2 year old to appointments with me, he always left with a snack and some stickers. I went off of recommendations in choosing my doctor for my first time pregnancy. Initially, I noticed that it is very difficult to get in touch with someone at this office, minimum 10 minute wait on hold with no option for a callback. When I miscarried, the entire experience was just off… from the sonogram technician who just abruptly left the room, to the doctors delivery of this news which was a conversation that seemed to lack any emotion while just handing me a box of tissues (I know they are probably desensitized to thi... read more

I liked my previous couple of experiences with the staff last year but it’s takes forever to get answer when you call into the clinic. It’s takes over 15 + minutes to get answer if you’re lucky enough. I’m upset that I have to call to make an appointment and or cancel an appointment. I’m not sure if I’ll return in the future because of it.
