I understand mistakes can happen. But 3 strikes is way too many. I'm not sure what's going on there but it seems like you either get a great person to deal with or an awful one. Also it seems hit or miss they get the right medicine and proper doasage right, which is kind of a big deal!!
Everyone that works here are the greatest!!!! I will not trust my pets to anyone else. The staff are so compassionate and Dr. Hopkins is amazing, treating her patients as her own family members.
They took very good care of me when I was a sick kitten. Thank you all so very much
Six months with almost weekly vet visits....one visit at Summerville Vets....issue over! Thanks Michelle Corntassel for your suggestion to bring her there...also vets in Greenville redacted all her records when they faxed them rendering them useless! Vets there are absolutely fantastic!!!!!
I can't believe all the work Dr. Hopkins did on our beagle Dooley that other vets would charge close to a fortune.. We've been using her since we had our Lab retriever and collie, and I recall her coming in at meeting us on a late night weekend after they had gotten bit by a snake. She is a great person and obviously cares so much about animals. We love her! She is the best.
