Great service and they are so so nice! I’ve brought 2 of my animals here and won’t go anywhere else. They are quick and easy! Prices are great.
Dr. Bice and staff are simply amazing. My kitten Chop needed her shots and was having some mouth pain issues and their expertise and care was beyond expectations. She is my everything and all I really got left in this world and they took exceptional care of her.
The people working there really love animals. It can be so expensive taking care of pets and it is so nice to have an affordable place to take them. With more places like this, I believe people could see having a pet and being able to take care of them.
Don’t know why they advertise for walk-in appointments on Tuesday and Thursday when its the exact opposite… It’s basically a same day appointment at best if you’re able to get in but! you have to make an appointment beforehand!!! They also don’t answer the phone at all, so what is the point in having your phone number up. I drove all the way over due to false advertising so thanks for wasting my time.
The staff was awesome. Very kind and informative with my dog's conditions. I have observed that they are well organized with files in their system. They answered all my questions. Customer service at its best! I am so happy to have chose this pet clinic for my furbaby!
