My ultrasound tech was wonderful — she was kind, patient, and made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. I really appreciated how thorough and compassionate she was during my visit. However, I was disappointed that when it came time to meet the doctor, it was done through a screen instead of in person. As a high-risk patient, I expected my doctor to be physically present to examine me and review my ultrasound firsthand. They will not keep scheduled appointments, delays and cancellations daily . I would not recommend them if you ever want you're baby delivered. The reasons they give directly contradicts what they say the day before . I'm extremely worried about getting delivered as we are months over due with #11lb baby girl and the Dr acts as if not a problem at all to keep pushing week after week month after month.
Usually a pleasant experience. The techs are extremely nice but my husband took off work to be there and help me out with our 2 year old. My husband took our 2 year old out of the room just for a min(he wasn't crying, just being a typical 2 year old). and the older lady with silver hair, was holding another patients 2 kids, told my husband to leave with our son. We had a terrible experience at this office and had my OB not been so proactive, my high risk pregnancy could have taken a turn for the worse by not having diagnosis’s treated. Dr. Sanjay was incredibly contradictory of himself, we saw his wife initially and left that appointment crying, feeling invalidated and confused. Firstly, Dr Reeves sent me here trying to diagnose with gestational diabetes which I didn’t have. I saw Dr Adams and he was really nice for the most part, but him and Dr Reeves didn’t communicate. I had two ultrasounds that went well, but one of the ultrasound techs was the rudest person, I’m a plus size girl and she began to do the ultrasound and was RUDELY like, “it’s such a high ratio for the baby to the top of your stomach.” Then afterwards was like “oh ur bmi is so high that’s why we can’t see the baby.” Would not recom... read more
