I called Kevin when I had to do last minute home repair before closing and Kevin was extremely helpful in not only fixing the repair at a reasonable cost but also giving the invoice prepared exactly with the same wordings as the VA loan officers wanted. And in spite of having to rewrite twice , Kevin was extremely patient and very helpful in getting what was needed for the closing. I highly recommend Kevin's company for any repairs.
